About The Position

This job is within the Supported Employment in State Government (SESG) Program. The person selected for the job must be eligible for the SESG Program and meet the required qualifications for this job. Working ideally 40 hours a week, you'll provide support to the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Vancouver office. In this role, you'll perform clerical activities, such as greeting visitors, managing digital filing processes, and data entry. You'll also schedule intake meetings for new customers, respond to online email inquiries, stock & organize publications/handouts, and support office committees with clerical tasks. You'll accurately sort, copy, file, and upload documents, especially in a digital format, paying particular attention to staying current with filing that goes in customer files. You'll operate a variety of office equipment such as a computer/word processor, document imaging printers, and a copy machine. You will also use MS Outlook, MS Teams, and an electronic case file management system to support efficient workflow and organization. You'll answer telephones, following clearly established guidelines, answer routine questions, and refer visitors.

  • Require supported employment on-the-job training and long-term support to satisfactorily perform job duties
