About The Position

Norfolk Truck Center is looking for a dependable, friendly Office Administrator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Depending on availability, we may even be able to offer part time employment. If full-time, it will be a fixed schedule of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and able to work well with a team

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
  • Greet and assist customers at the front window
  • Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately
  • File invoices and maintain both paper and digital records
  • Assist with Accounting Manager, general office organization and day-to-day tasks
  • Work closely with other office staff and report to the Office Manager
