Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity, familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold valid driver license and able to pass state and federal background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in behavioral health or healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office equipment, including time clock kiosks, copiers, printers, and landlines.
  • Manage petty cash, prepare reports, and maintain accurate, compliant accounting records.
  • Monitor and reorder office supplies proactively to ensure the office remains fully stocked.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and timely assistance.
  • Support event planning and management, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate family session scheduling with the clinical team and communicate with outside vendors and contract labor.
  • Promote a safe, collaborative work environment by supporting risk-assessment efforts and driving the transition from paper to digital documentation systems.
