About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. This role will be responsible for various office and event duties to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is passionate, motivated, resourceful, and committed. This is a seasonal position for 2026 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic secretarial duties, including answering and returning phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
  • Handle guest complaints, questions, or comments about events professionally.
  • Manage lost and found items.
  • Mail packages and letters for various departments.
  • Sort and file mail.
  • Manage invoices, including expense tracking, coding, and submittal for prompt payment.
  • Maintain office upkeep, including organization, ordering and restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of the front office reception and kitchen areas.
  • Assist with employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate manager.
  • Support payroll/schedule administration as needed.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to Textline messages to resolve customer concerns.
  • Adapt to customer needs, ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, collect information for managers, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Securely maintain and distribute show day credentials.
  • Assist with various show day related projects, often including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Interact with and assist venue staff, third-party vendors, and tour staff in a professional manner.
