Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, real estate, property management, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors.
  • Manage office communications, records, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist residents with questions and service requests.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors on property-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate resident files and community documentation.
  • Support management with administrative projects and daily operations.
