We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations on a 6-month contract basis. This role is the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly — from vendor coordination to supply management to supporting staff and leadership with administrative needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office administration, front desk, or facilities coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable interfacing with vendors, staff, and leadership at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a contract/temporary capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen/pantry stock, and equipment inventory.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and facilities issues.
  • Greet visitors, manage mail/package handling, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Support meeting and event logistics, including room bookings, catering, and setup/teardown.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including desk setup, badges, and welcome materials.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT/facilities vendors for repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Support light administrative tasks for leadership, including expense reports, scheduling, and filing.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.
