About The Position

Sagent is looking for an Office Administrator to support our new location in Dallas, Texas in the Cypress Waters business park. This role is the front door of the office and the go-to person for keeping the workplace running smoothly—supporting employees and leaders, coordinating vendors and deliveries, and ensuring the office is stocked, welcoming, and organized. As a tech company, this position involves minimal physical filing and is primarily focused on office operations, administrative support, and a great on-site experience for employees and visitors. This role is a full-time, in-office position.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office support role.
  • Working knowledge of office operations, procedures, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and comfort learning new tools.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve office processes and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact—greet and assist visitors, answer and route calls/emails, and ensure a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Support the office badge/visitor process, including welcoming guests, coordinating access as needed, and following site procedures.
  • Own inventory for office and breakroom supplies; place orders, restock, and coordinate deliveries to keep the office running day to day.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and conference room bookings; help prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure rooms are set up for success (as needed).
  • Provide general administrative assistance including document support, light scanning/copying, basic data entry, and maintaining organized digital records (minimal physical filing).
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages; coordinate courier pickups/drop-offs and manage incoming deliveries.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors for service requests, repairs, and general office needs; help keep shared areas professional and functional.
  • Provide light support with invoices, expense tracking, and simple spreadsheets, as needed.
  • Help coordinate on-site office events (team meetings, celebrations, etc.) and support visit logistics, including light travel coordination when needed.
  • Provide administrative and light executive assistance to senior leaders (SVP-level) as needed.
  • Support calendar management and meeting coordination, including scheduling, room setup, and occasional visitor logistics.
