In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day office support needs of Summer Camp are met. Your people skills will come in handy as you provide a positive customer service experience as well as help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve. Requirements

  • High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Two to five years of experience in clerical or office administration
  • Highly organized
  • Able to develop efficient office systems
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in word processing, data entry
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting all administrative functions of the Summer Camp program, including updating camp documentation annually, managing the full enrollment process (registration, confirmations, and correspondence), and maintaining accurate applicant and attendance data within the database.
  • Ensures completion of consent documentation through family outreach, maintains camp statistics and records in compliance with licensing and ACA requirements, and partners with accounting to support timely and accurate billing.
  • Providing professional front desk support by answering calls and greeting visitors, preparing correspondence, managing office supplies inventory, serving as a notary as needed, and participating in required trainings and staff meetings.
