In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day office support needs of Summer Camp are met. Your people skills will come in handy as you provide a positive customer service experience as well as help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve. Requirements

  • High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Two to five years of experience in clerical or office administration
  • Highly organized
  • Able to develop efficient office systems
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in word processing
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology

Responsibilities

  • Supporting all administrative functions of the Summer Camp program, including updating camp documentation annually.
  • Managing the full enrollment process (registration, confirmations, and correspondence).
  • Maintaining accurate applicant and attendance data within the database.
  • Ensuring completion of consent documentation through family outreach.
  • Maintaining camp statistics and records in compliance with licensing and ACA requirements.
  • Partnering with accounting to support timely and accurate billing.
  • Providing professional front desk support by answering calls and greeting visitors.
  • Preparing correspondence.
  • Managing office supplies inventory.
  • Serving as a notary as needed.
  • Participating in required trainings and staff meetings.
