About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator/Records Clerk to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and assisting staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical, data entry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • File,store and retrieve documents
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with record audits and compliance requirements
  • Support management and staff with administrative needs
  • Maintain confidential employee and company records
