About The Position

Salem Montessori School is seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven School Records Compliance Manager to oversee all student and employee records and ensure full compliance with state licensing regulations. This role is essential to the smooth and lawful operation of our school and requires exceptional accuracy, professionalism, and integrity. The School Records Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date records for all students and staff. This includes managing enrollment documentation, monitoring ongoing compliance requirements, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring that all files meet state standards for Montessori programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all records meet state regulations and prepare documentation for inspections or audits.
  • Protect sensitive information and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
  • Support administrative operations and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain organized, efficient systems.
