About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Remote Office Administrative Representative to provide administrative and client support in a virtual office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while working independently Office Administrative Representative provides administrative, clerical, and customer support services to ensure smooth virtual office operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors while maintaining organized systems and efficient workflows in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–3 years of administrative, office, or customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming emails, calls, and online inquiries
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling
  • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and basic billing support
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and distribute meeting materials
  • Support data entry and document management tasks
  • Track and follow up on action items and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned
