About The Position

Holder Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated administrative assistant to join our team located in Atlanta, GA. Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance Department.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented, organized, ability to communicate, professional and dependable

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Experience: 2-5 plus years required in office administration or related field
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Construction Industry knowledge experience a plus
  • Previous experience with D365 Finance and Operations software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee/process day-to-day administration for department: Including ordering and maintaining all office supplies, expense reports, processing invoices and weekly mail.
  • Work in conjunction with Departments to complete project needed tasks.
