About The Position

The Rosen Automotive Group has proudly served the residents of Illinois and Wisconsin for over 30 years. We are currently seeking dedicated and talented individuals to join our growing team! The goal of our store is to meet the needs and requirements of our customers. To accomplish that goal, we rely on everyone to work together. When we all work together, we have the strength of a family. It is our belief that how we work together is reflected in how we work with our customers. If we treat each other with respect, our customers will feel it, and the essentials of trust and relationship will be there. The Office Admin role is a semi part-time position. Approximately 30 hours per week, with potential for increasing hours. Hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, M-F.

Requirements

  • Needs to be organized, detail oriented and reliable
  • Able to work fairly independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dealership experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Stocking in cars
  • Entering all payments into accounting system
  • Balance all store revenue daily - checks, cash and credit cards
  • Weekly bank deposit
  • Processing dealer trades
  • Processing wholesales
  • Scanning deals into our system
