About The Position

This is a temporary to permanent position with an ASAP start date. Initially, the role will provide coverage for two employees on maternity leave through the end of October, assuming and managing their key responsibilities. Following this period, the position will focus on keying insurance policies into the systems of insurance providers, requiring close attention to detail for accuracy and efficiency. The role demands strong computer skills, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a proactive approach to a wide range of responsibilities within the Trucordia Agricultural Platform.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to type 50+ wpm
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Scheduling for the Platform Leader
  • Maintain inventory and execute orders for our internal company store.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and restock as needed.
  • Restock office snacks and ensure Tuesday Team lunches are smoothly executed.
  • Ensure common areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Daily pick-up and drop-off office mail.
  • Boost office morale and help celebrate employee birthdays and special occasions.
  • Working with the underwriter coordinator and account managers to ensure any issues with a policy are resolved in a quick & efficient manner.
  • Keying insurance policies into the systems of our insurance providers.
  • Monitors own projects to ensure quality is met.
