Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, Office Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an accounting, administrative, manufacturing, or office support role is considered an asset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (PLEX) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Populate subcontract invoices for Accounts Payable.
  • Review inventory adjustments and labor registrations for accuracy.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and month-end close activities.
  • Prepare customer reports, and banking confirmations.
  • Prepare operational scorecards and management reports.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Create, issue, receive, and maintain purchase orders.
  • Coordinate intercompany shipments of tooling and spare parts.
  • Assist with contract reviews and maintain related documentation.
  • Support internal and external audit requests.
  • Perform other accounting, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
