Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment and random drug screening requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, and JobBOSS software preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process invoices, bills, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger
• Prepare financial and accounting reports as needed
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized documentation
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers and vendors professionally
• Monitor office and production supplies, restock inventory, and place blanket and special orders as needed
• Enter and maintain purchase order information within the inventory control system
• Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily operations
