About The Position

Quantinuum is seeking an experienced Offering Management Lead to support the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of their advanced quantum computing offerings. This role will focus primarily on Quantinuum Systems hardware offerings, helping drive the activities required to bring new capabilities to market and effectively manage offerings throughout their lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of Offering Management, the Offering Management Lead will operate within a well-defined strategic and operational framework, serving as a key connective layer between product strategy, hardware and technical teams, commercial stakeholders, and day-to-day execution. The role will help translate strategic direction and technical capabilities into well-defined offerings, while coordinating the cross-functional activities required for successful launches, ongoing management, and evolution of the Quantinuum Systems portfolio. This position is well suited for candidates with a master’s level degree in a technical, scientific, engineering, business, or related field and experience working with technical products or technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or program management
  • Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters or PhD preferred, or equivalent advanced training, in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., quantum information science, physics, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics).
  • Previous experience working with quantum computing, HPC and/or cloud products
  • Previous experience working in a structured product, program, or operational environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, operations, sales, and legal teams.
  • Experience with pricing models, revenue targets, and financial performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage product collateral including offering brochures, datasheets, documentation FAQs, and internal enablement materials.
  • Maintain offering artifacts including descriptions, pricing inputs, value propositions, and internal enablement materials.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured materials for customer-facing and internal audiences.
  • Contribute to the Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) to ensure the product roadmap and build capacity meets both customer demand and desired technical capabilities.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, refine offerings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Work with sales and business development to represent the product in customer meetings and with customer proposals.
  • Support resolution of customer issues by coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Work with Legal and Sales to develop tailored contracts that balance technical requirements, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
  • Help ensure contracts accurately reflect supported capabilities and service expectations.
  • Contribute to continuity of business plans to ensure long-term sustainability of our offering.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and scaling existing offerings.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to ensure the product remains ahead of industry trends and competitive threats.
  • Drive initiatives that reduce the cost of sales while enhancing the overall value and appeal of the offerings.
  • Help define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational health metrics.
  • Support rollout and adoption of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across teams.
