About The Position

St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is hiring a paid, part-time Offensive Coordinator for its Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team. The coordinator will coach offensive players in individual skills and offensive systems, contribute offensive elements to daily practice plans, and serve as the primary coach managing offensive strategy during games. The role also supports the Head Coach in attracting players to the school and helping players with their college search process. Reviewing game film to identify offensive strengths and areas for improvement is expected. Scouting upcoming opponents is shared among the Varsity coaching staff as able. The team competes in the Interstate Athletic Conference and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association.

Requirements

• Relevant lacrosse coaching experience, with an emphasis on character-based personal development.
• Strong character.
• In-depth knowledge of offensive elements of lacrosse.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high school lacrosse players.
• Appreciation for the role of lacrosse and athletics in the broader mission of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School.

Nice To Haves

• Experience coaching at the high school, club, and/or college level.
