Boys Varsity Lacrosse Offensive Coordinator
About The Position
St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School is hiring a paid, part-time Offensive Coordinator for its Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team. The coordinator reports to the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach and the Director of Athletics. The role focuses on coaching offensive players in individual skills and offensive systems, contributing offensive elements to daily practice plans, and managing offensive strategy during games. The coordinator also supports the Head Coach in attracting players to the school and assists players with their college search process. Reviewing game film to identify offensive strengths and areas for improvement is expected. Scouting upcoming opponents is a shared responsibility among the Varsity coaching staff, as able. The team competes in the Interstate Athletic Conference and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association. Qualified candidates will have relevant lacrosse coaching experience and an emphasis on character-based personal development. The school seeks someone of strong character with in-depth knowledge of lacrosse offense and the ability to communicate effectively with high school players. Experience coaching at the high school, club, and/or college level is ideal. Candidates are expected to appreciate the role of lacrosse and athletics in the broader mission of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School. Requirements
- Relevant lacrosse coaching experience.
- Emphasis on character-based personal development.

Responsibilities
