About The Position
This position is for an Offal Room General Laborer on the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 2am to 10am. The role involves working in hot, humid conditions with wet floors and around heavy machinery. The building is not heated, so it will be cold during winter. Key tasks include keeping screens clean and washing floors using a high-pressure hose. The job requires significant physical activity such as heavy lifting, reaching, bending, gripping, using both hands/arms, squatting, walking, standing for extended periods, kneeling, pulling, overhead activities, and stooping. Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture and perform the physical requirements of the job.
