DESCRIPTION: Join our OEM Sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to strategic growth by leveraging our extensive technology and product portfolio in diagnostic and applied markets. You'll identify and develop high-value commercial supply opportunities, focusing on IVD markets and out-licensing business. In this role, you'll build and maintain strategic relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels with client companies, from scientists to senior executives. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex, multi-year deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in commercial experience in life sciences or diagnostics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of molecular biology, cell biology, and protein biology.
  • Experience in negotiating complex supply agreements and managing sales funnels.
  • Success in building and maintaining relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Project management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities.
  • Understanding of intellectual property, patents, and contract law fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English required.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) as required for specific regions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Preferred Fields of Study: life sciences, biochemistry, or related field.
  • Experience in IVD market and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities
