The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients. This role requires quick, timely, and professional responses, clear and concise communication, excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational savvy with a keen focus on detail. The Sales Manager will maintain existing accounts and develop new business, effectively manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, and attend customer functions as needed. The role involves forecasting group rooms and F&B revenues, understanding strategies to maximize hotel revenues, and gaining knowledge of the hotel's products, pricing, and function space. The Sales Manager must consistently attain sales activity and individual revenue goals, learn and utilize digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes, and participate in all necessary internal meetings and communications. A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit is essential, along with a commitment to career development and continuous learning. The Sales Manager will also carry out reasonable requests from management and comply with company policies.
