About The Position

Lifetime Products is seeking an OEM Sales Manager that will help to build our OEM sales program. Members of this team are responsible for maintaining and growing Lifetime's OEM plastics and metals category, with a strong emphasis on blow‑molded plastic components. This role drives profitable growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and leading OEM projects from design through production and sell‑through. The ideal candidate is highly driven, strategic, and energized by innovation and collaboration. This position will be working onsite in our Clearfield, UT Headquarters. Lifetime Products is a leading designer and manufacturer of durable, high‑quality products used around the world. We are best known for manufacturing tables and chairs, sheds, kayaks, basketball systems, and playground systems, along with custom‑engineered plastic and metal components for OEM partners. With strong in‑house design, molding, and manufacturing capabilities, we deliver innovative, reliable solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in pricing, forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with standard business software, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and adaptable
  • Valid Utah driver's license
  • Must pass background screening/MVR
  • Willingness to travel as required

  • Resin or plastics industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage OEM sales programs across plastics and metals categories
  • Identify and develop contract manufacturing opportunities with year‑round demand
  • Manage OEM projects from part concept and design through production and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, buying teams, and replenishment partners
  • Demonstrate resin and molding expertise through value‑based presentations and solutions
  • Travel nationally to engage current and prospective customers
  • Prepare pricing, quotes, contracts, vendor agreements, and manufacturing agreements
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with demand planning and logistics teams
  • Monitor inventory levels, program performance, and account profitability
  • Provide sales forecasts by account and by model
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and business software systems
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed
