This strategic and results-driven sales leader, as part of the One Watts Sales organization, will be responsible for leading the national OEM sales channel to drive revenue growth, margin performance, and market share across the Dormont portfolio. This role provides strategic direction, organizational leadership, and financial oversight for the OEM business, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and consistent execution across regions. This position reports to the General Manager, Dormont. This role is remote and is based in the US Supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones.
