Palmer Johnson is seeking a results-driven OEM Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow engine and power solution business across the Southwest region (California, Nevada, and Arizona). Palmer Johnson is a leading provider of powertrain and engine solutions serving the off-highway market, including OEMs and end users. We specialize in the distribution, service, and remanufacturing of heavy-duty drivetrain components and industrial engines. As an authorized distributor for brands such as Deutz, Hatz, Isuzu, JCB and Scania, we help customers maximize uptime through reliable products, technical expertise, and responsive support. As the OEM Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying and building OEM and OEM-adjacent opportunities by leveraging existing relationships, aftermarket activity, and installed base within your territory. You will manage opportunities from early engagement through production while expanding key customer relationships. This role is not limited to maintaining existing business - success will be measured by the ability to develop new opportunities and convert them into repeatable programs across off-highway industrial applications. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be located in the Southwest (preferably California or Arizona) to best be able to serve customers in their territory.
