About The Position

Our all-in-one platform is serving an increasingly robust quantity of dealers through our direct partnerships with nearly every OEM brand. Motive is certified with some of the most recognizable brands in automotive including Lexus, Genesis, BMW, MINI, Nissan, INFINITI, and Harley-Davidson. As the OEM Program Manager, you will be the driving force behind our most strategic partnerships, ensuring every OEM relationship is healthy, productive, and built to last. You'll own a portfolio of OEM partners end to end and will be responsible for managing the relationship at every level, keeping internal teams aligned, driving dealer adoption across your programs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role sits inside the sales organization and reports directly to the Director of OEM Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in program management, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex relationships at once and influencing across teams without direct authority
  • Strong communicator who can give a straight answer to a partner and translate that same feedback into something engineering can act on
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; you keep things moving without being asked

Nice To Haves

  • OEM or automotive experience preferred
  • Track record of hitting growth or adoption targets

Responsibilities

  • Own the OEM partner relationship completely, serving as the primary point of contact, running QBRs, and making sure partners get value from working with Motive
  • Drive dealer adoption and account growth by developing sales initiatives and working closely with the sales team on program-level outreach strategies
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across the OEM dealer base
  • Monitor program performance health including identifying risks early, spot growth opportunities, and bring recommendations backed by data
  • Oversee day to day task, ensuring timely and quality delivery of deliverables
  • Coordinate across sales, engineering, and operations to execute program initiatives, track open items, and escalate what needs attention
  • Keep all internal documentation current across your portfolio, including program specs, partner requirements, and process guides
  • Deliver monthly updates and quarterly business reviews to OEM partners, covering performance, KPIs, product updates, and strategic alignment
  • Keep leadership informed with regular updates on program health, wins, challenges, and what's coming
