About The Position

Are you passionate about powersports and enjoy working directly with customers to help turn ideas into successful products? We are looking for an OEM Account Specialist to serve as the primary connection between our customers and our internal teams. In this role, you'll support customer programs from concept through launch, helping ensure projects stay on track while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, project coordination, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in the powersports industry and outdoor recreation.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, project coordination, inside sales, or customer support.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in both business and technical discussions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with OEM customers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, product development, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, RV, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with powersports manufacturers and key customer contacts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, program updates, quotations, and product information.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements.
  • Coordinate customer requests, project updates, and technical discussions.
  • Assist with new product launches and model year changes.
  • Manage customer pricing, quotes, forecasts, and account information.
  • Maintain customer agreements and program documentation.
  • Analyze customer programs and provide recommendations to support profitability and growth.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support future product development.
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Support the preparation of product presentations, photos, videos, and marketing materials.
