About The Position

The OEM Account Representative – Marine & RV will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with OEM partners in the marine and recreational vehicle industries. This individual will work closely with boat manufacturers, RV manufacturers, and upfitters to understand system requirements and deliver tailored lithium battery solutions designed for mobile, off-grid, and high-performance applications. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can manage complex sales cycles, support long-term OEM partnerships, and contribute to scalable growth within the marine and RV markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience in OEM, B2B, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles and build long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ Experience in marine, RV, automotive, or mobile power industries strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of 12V/24V/48V electrical systems, battery integration, and off-grid power solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Marine and RV OEM customers, managing inbound inquiries and ongoing account needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new OEM opportunities within boat manufacturers, RV manufacturers, and upfitters.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners to understand electrical system requirements, space constraints, and integration needs for marine and RV applications.
  • Educate customers on lithium battery solutions, including performance advantages, safety features, weight savings, and off-grid capabilities.
  • Provide tailored recommendations for applications
  • Develop and manage a robust OEM sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare quotes, volume pricing, and long-term supply agreements aligned with production schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery.
  • Support product testing, validation, and feedback loops with OEM partners.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with marketing on OEM-focused initiatives, trade shows, and product launches within the marine and RV industries.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, including advancements in marine electrification, RV off-grid systems, and lithium battery technology.
