About The Position

We are looking for a FSP Finance Assistant to support our daily deal flow, lender coordination, and funding operations. In this role, you will help move deals from intake through funding while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a best-in-class experience for our dealership partners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative, finance support, or operations experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive finance, dealership operations, or F&I
  • Experience with lender submissions or deal funding processes
  • Experience using workflow or CRM systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shared inboxes and prioritize incoming requests based on urgency
  • Respond to dealership partners professionally and promptly
  • Create and track deals within internal workflow systems for visibility and accountability
  • Coordinate with internal finance team members to route deals appropriately
  • Ensure all deals are complete, organized, and ready for submission
  • Submit deals to the correct lender within established timelines
  • Track deal status and assist in moving deals efficiently through the funding pipeline
  • Support funding turnaround goals through accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Ensure scheduled deliveries have complete paperwork sent to dealerships in advance
  • Identify and resolve missing documents or issues prior to deadlines
  • Participate in end-of-day closeout reviews and communicate outstanding items
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Support process improvements and administrative initiatives as needed
