The Administrative Assistant of Commercial Diving Operations is responsible for overseeing and assisting with all administrative activities related to commercial diving projects. This position ensures that administrative duties and record keeping are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations. The Administrative Assistant works closely with operations manager, project managers, dive supervisors, and safety personnel to maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence.
