Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working on marine units.
- Current Mercury Outboard certification or willingness to obtain and keep certification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.
- Must have your own tools, current/valid driver's license, and be a team player.
- Well versed in technology and software skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned work correctly within the assigned time
- Diagnose, repair, and service Mercury and Suzuki outboard motors.
- Diagnose and repair marine components on boats sold by the store such as bilge pumps, aerators, and electrical components.
- Maintain work area appearance
- Assist with shipping and receiving
