About The Position

Be part of a growing team supporting Military Sealift Command (MSC) with engineering service, quality assurance, maintenance planning, and other technical services under the MSC N7 task order. As a CACI OCONUS Travel Compliance Coordinator, you assist Program Management and travelers in day-to-day coordination of OCONUS travel operational activities. The OCONUS Travel Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all travel-related activities for DoD contractors operating in Overseas Contingency Operations (OCONUS) adhere to federal regulations, DoD policies, and company-specific guidelines. This role requires a meticulous approach to compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. We are seeking a highly organized Travel Compliance Coordinator with extensive experience in Government Contracting and OCONUS travel compliance. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of travel logistics for government contracts, ensuring compliance with federal travel regulations, SOFA, and OCONUS travel requirements.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of federal regulations and DoD policy compliance related to OCONUS travel.
Experience with the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system.
Bachelors degree and 3+ years of professional experience.
Active Secret clearance.
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison with the International Business Office (IBO) and government entities for arrangement of travel to OCONUS locals.
Coordinate and process LOAs through the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system.
Communicate compliance requirements and updates to relevant personnel.
Ensure all necessary documentation such as passports, VISAs, Letters of Authorization (LOA), APACS, or other clearances are procured prior to travel.
Coordinate the organization's travel needs, managing OCONUS travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with SOFA requirements and the organization's travel policy.
Ensure all travel activities comply with DoD regulations, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), and company policies.
Stay current on Country Clearance Guide by country, communicate changes to Program Management and travelers.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of travel documentation.
Ensure travel processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet contract obligations.
Identify and report any non-compliance issues to the Program Management.
Update and maintain personal information on all deployed personnel throughout their deployment or TDY.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel-related documentation and track execution of plans.
Track document acquisition status for travel compliance.
Ensure proper documentation is submitted for all travel claims and expenses.
Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track documentation, and communicate travel requirements.
Other ad hoc program support duties as assigned.
Assist in the development and update of OCONUS travel policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to employees on travel compliance requirements.
Work with Program management to develop and maintain operational content including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) training resources, communications, and procedural documentation.
