OCM Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead change management activities for large-scale global SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with proven experience supporting multinational deployments across diverse business functions and geographies. This role requires a strategic advisor who can partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to drive user adoption, organizational readiness, and successful business transformation outcomes. Experience with SAP Personas is considered a strong advantage.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within large enterprise SAP programs.
- Proven experience supporting global SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors implementation programs.
- Experience developing OCM deliverables including: Stakeholder analysis, Change impact assessments, Communication plans, Training strategies, Readiness assessments, Adoption metrics.
- Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional global teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced transformation environments.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
- Bachelors or equivalent work experience
Nice To Haves
- SAP Activate knowledge, training and/or SAP OCM certification
- Experience with SAP Personas is a strong plus.
- SAP Activate methodology experience.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or other Change Management certifications preferred.
- Experience in HR transformation, finance transformation, or enterprise ERP modernization programs.
- Consulting background in multinational environments preferred.
- Multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OCM strategy and execution for global SAP transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with program objectives and timelines.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Define and execute communication, engagement, and adoption strategies across global regions.
- Drive executive alignment and sponsor engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Oversee training strategy, curriculum development, and end-user enablement programs.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Support hypercare and post-go-live adoption activities to maximize business value realization.
- Partner with SAP functional workstreams for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
- Support business process transformation initiatives tied to ERP modernization and HR transformation programs.
- Ensure alignment between organizational processes, technology adoption, and business objectives.
- Manage OCM activities across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings at global and regional levels.
- Identify change risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Track and report change adoption metrics, KPIs, and organizational readiness indicators.
