About The Position

• Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferred.
• English and Korean bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shipments on time according to customer requests.
• Coordinate the full cycle of ocean import shipments from the origin country to final destinations.
• Prepare and review import documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Track, trace, and monitor shipment and delivery progress to ensure timely processing.
• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
• Maintain accurate records and enter data in the internal system.
