About The Position

FNS is hiring an Ocean Import Specialist to support ocean import operations. The role coordinates with overseas agents, customs brokerage, vendors, customers, and internal teams to process imports, arrange transportation, track deliveries, and maintain service and accounting information. The position also handles customer inquiries, reports activities to Ocean Import team management, and completes other projects as requested. Requirements

• 0–3 years of prior experience working in logistics.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.
• Clear imported goods through customs brokerage.
• Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary.
• Research and select vendors or agents and arrange timely ground transportation delivery.
• Track delivery status and communicate information to applicable parties.
• Handle accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing.
• Input servicing information into the internal system.
• Prepare and report service activities to Ocean Import Part/Team manager(s).
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries.
• Complete other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
