About The Position
Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapy professional for a position in Wichita, Kansas. The role is scheduled for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- MMR, hepatitis B, and varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, background check, and urine drug screening
