About The Position
Aspen Grove has a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant opportunity with Legacy Healthcare Services. The role provides rehabilitative services to senior residents in an on-site senior living community. The assistant works under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated care team, delivering attentive one-on-one therapy and functional treatments using a holistic, patient-centered approach. Legacy Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit organization providing personalized therapeutic and rehabilitative care to residents of senior living communities. It is founded and led by therapists and serves nearly 500 senior living communities throughout the United States. The organization emphasizes innovation and personalized care. The advertised pay range is USD $27.00–$38.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Requirements
- Associate of applied science degree in the area of discipline.
- Current occupational therapy assistant license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents.
- Administer functional treatments emphasizing a holistic, patient-centered approach.
