About The Position
Assisted Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a partner location in Baltimore, Maryland. The company provides on-site rehabilitation services in senior living communities, CCRCs, and healthcare settings, supporting older adults in maintaining independence and improving quality of life. The role offers manageable, consistent caseloads, skilled and outpatient opportunities, clinical autonomy, and mentorship and onboarding. Experienced clinicians and recent graduates are welcome, with support and resources provided to help them thrive.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Maryland, or soon to be licensed.
- Active CPR certification.
- Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
- Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy services that improve patients’ mobility, function, safety, and independence.
- Track patient progress and clearly communicate patient status.
- Complete documentation accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals.
- Help deliver a rehabilitation program trusted by patients, families, and facilities.
