About The Position
Vertical Health Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house therapy team at Alpine Breeze Health and Wellness in Raytown, Missouri. This is a full-time position with daytime hours. The role offers the opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care. The company is a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients.
- Work with diverse caseloads including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients.
- Utilize cutting-edge equipment and modalities.
- Engage in ongoing clinical training.
