About The Position

Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join its therapy team. The COTA implements the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician and delivers high-quality care. The role is part of a collaborative team focused on compassionate, innovative care and helping residents achieve their health and rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certification and licensure as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician.
• Deliver quality care to residents.
