About The Position
Symbria is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for its Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Fairborn in Fairborn, Ohio. The role serves older adults in senior-living and post-acute settings and works closely with an Occupational Therapist to establish goals and carry out treatment plans. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the COTA maintains productivity standards and completes required documentation while supporting patients in achieving important outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience; this experience is not always required.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals.
- Creatively execute treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes and serve as a trusted partner to the community.
