About The Position

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will provide occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on improving range of motion, strength, mobility, and caregiver training, all in accordance with physician-approved plans. This role involves educating families on occupational therapy techniques, collaborating with team members for comprehensive care, and administering therapy to enhance functional abilities and independence. The COTA will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of quality care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school program for Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Texas by the anticipated start date

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
