About The Position
PYG Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide pediatric occupational therapy services to families throughout Arizona. Therapists will partner with supervising Occupational Therapists to provide skilled treatment in children's homes, helping patients improve their functional abilities through engaging, individualized therapy sessions. The company offers flexible scheduling, administrative support, and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Complete timely electronic documentation for each visit
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
- Educate parents and caregivers on home activities that support treatment goals
- Build positive relationships with families while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team
