About The Position
T & K Pediatric Services is expanding its search for a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric clinic in Jamestown, North Dakota. We are reaching out to COTAs in the Fargo area who may be interested in a rewarding opportunity with a collaborative pediatric team. Whether you’re considering relocating or commuting, you will have the opportunity to help children reach important developmental milestones while working alongside experienced therapists.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in carrying out individualized pediatric treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy activities that support sensory, motor, and developmental growth
- Monitor patient progress and accurately document therapy sessions
- Encourage families with techniques and activities that reinforce therapy goals at home
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team
- Help create a positive, encouraging environment where children enjoy learning and growing
