About The Position

Aegis Therapies is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for an outpatient role in Cincinnati, OH. This position offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in scheduling, with part-time and consistent PRN opportunities available. The role is located within a lovely assisted living and independent living community, focusing on treating higher-functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings required. As an OTA with Aegis Therapies, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors, market the clinic, create your own schedule, and work independently. Requirements

Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

Treat residents Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends.
Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
Market the clinic and create your own schedule.
Work independently.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
Provide contract rehabilitation and wellness services.
