About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide outpatient rehabilitation services to higher-functioning residents in an assisted living and independent living community in Germantown, Tennessee. The role offers the opportunity to improve seniors’ lives while maintaining schedule flexibility. The assistant works independently, helps market the clinic, and creates their own schedule. Residents are treated in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, so travel to homes outside the building is not required. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. Full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities are available.

Aegis Therapies provides clinical support, local mentorship, education, ongoing training, career advancement opportunities, and interdisciplinary collaboration. New graduates are welcome. A current Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice, is required; previous outpatient experience is preferred.

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, or ability to obtain a license in the state of practice.
