About The Position
Madison Pointe is seeking a detail-oriented and clinically skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant for its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New Port Richey, Florida. The role provides skilled occupational therapy to residents, with the goal of meeting their needs and achieving resident outcomes. The assistant maintains current, accurate documentation and records and helps foster an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for residents and team members. The position is per diem/PRN.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Florida professional license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Have a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Be knowledgeable about PDPM, LTC programming, and the scope of occupational therapy practice.
- Be able to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care.

- Provide skilled occupational therapy to residents.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy that meets residents’ needs and supports resident outcomes.
- Keep documentation and records accurate and up to date.
