About The Position

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) will work in an assisted living, independent living, and outpatient setting. This role offers great work-life balance and flexibility of hours, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, no weekends, and no evenings. The OTA will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors, market the clinic, create their own schedule, and work independently. Aegis Therapies is a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, hiring an OTA to join their supportive team.

Requirements

• Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

• Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends.
• Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Market the clinic.
• Create your own schedule.
• Work independently.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration for providing the best patient care.
