About The Position

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. The role focuses on helping patients improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life through personalized, patient-centered care. The therapist will follow patient progress and work in a collaborative clinical environment that values quality outcomes, consistency of care, clinical autonomy, and supportive teamwork. TMC partners with skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities across the country to provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services that enhance residents’ mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
Deliver care through therapeutic activities, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques.
Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
